In regards to free choice, first it seemed that if a pearson grew up mugging old ladys he WONT be accountable for that and he will only be accountable if he muggs AND kills her because that is a level lower, and for that he has free choice. But later it was said that the boys who beet up the jogger ARE accountable because they new it was wrong just they aren’t accountable for being in a position for liking to beet people up.But if the circumstances that they grew up in accepted violence then aren’t they like the person who grew up mugging old lady’s who wasn’t accountable? so isnt this act of violence out of their sphere of free choice? please respond!!
