For anyone who has become a widow, as I have recently, this shiur is an absolute must. It was one of the major things, to help me through those times, when you get over whelmed by it all and enables you to think of some kind of future life that you thought you’d lost. There should be more like this as unfortunately there are a lot of widows out there.
