Just for the record, the name of the day is is “Yom HA’ATZMAUT” and not “Yom Ha’atz-Maot”. Atzmaut (Independence)comes from the word “etzem” which means actual, or essence, or self. Atzmi means “myself”. Atzmaut is “independence” and HaAtzmaut is “The” Independence (of Israel).
Just thought you might like to correct the Hebrew.
The site is too delicious to have Hebrew mistakes!
